I’m Amanda, a certified perimenopause and menopause fitness coach, and I’m here to help you regain control of your body. As a 45-year-old mom of 5, I know firsthand how challenging it can be to navigate the hormonal changes of mid-life. That’s why I’ve designed personalized fitness and nutrition programs that are simple, effective, and tailored to help you feel strong, energized, and confident again.
